Our warehouse will be closed between 3pm Thursday 2nd April and Friday 10th April 2026. Our online shop will remain open and customers may place orders as usual.

• Any orders/returns received before 3pm on Thursday 2nd April will be despatched/processed as normal and are not affected.
• Any orders/returns received after 3pm on Thursday 2nd April will be despatched/processed on Monday 13th April.
• We will have limited ability to respond to any telephone/email queries during this time.

When placing orders via our website, customers are kindly reminded that we operate a deferred payment system: your debit/credit card is pre-authorised at the time you place your order and is only fully debited once your order has been marked as despatched and not a moment before.

A deferred or pre‑authorised payment means that when you place an order, your card provider checks that the funds are available and temporarily reserves the amount. The money is not taken at this stage. Your card is only fully charged once your order has been dispatched. This process ensures the payment is only completed when your items are confirmed as dispatched.
