Our warehouse will be closed from 4pm on Friday 7th February to Tuesday 25th February 2025, our Online shop will remain open and customers may place orders as usual.

Any orders/returns received before 4pm on Friday 7th February will be despatched/processed as normal and are not affected.

Any orders/returns received after 4pm on Friday 7th February will be despatched/processed on Wednesday 26th February 2025.

We will have limited ability to respond to any telephone/email queries during this time.

When placing orders via our website customers are kindly reminded that we operate a deferred payment system, 
this means your debit/credit card is pre-authorised at the time you place your order and is only fully debited once your order has been marked as despatched and not a moment before.
